Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering the highest quality coffee and service at Think Coffee UAE. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to coffee’s perishable nature, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., the wrong item received, damaged packaging, or product quality concern), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For non-coffee items such as brewing equipment or accessories, you may return them within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • In resellable condition

Refunds

Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or exchange (where applicable), or
  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged package or the wrong item, please notify us immediately by:

  • Emailing sales.thinkcoffee@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us promptly for cancellation assistance.
