Our Specialty Coffee Origins

At Think Coffee UAE, we source our specialty coffee beans from some of the world’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. Each region is known for its unique climate, soil, and traditions, which shape the flavor of every bean.

Each origin is carefully selected and roasted to highlight its natural character, giving you an unforgettable coffee experience in every sip.

Ethiopia

From Yirgacheffe to Sidamo and Hambela, our Ethiopian beans are celebrated for their vibrant acidity, floral aromas, and fruity notes like blueberry, jasmine, and bergamot.

Brazil

Sourced from the highlands of Brazil, these beans offer a creamy body with notes of nuts, cocoa, and mild fruit—ideal for espresso and milk-based drinks.

Uganda

Ugandan coffee, especially from the Mount Elgon and Rwenzori regions, delivers a full-bodied cup with earthy tones, hints of dark chocolate, and subtle fruit, perfect for a bold brew.

Colombia

Colombian beans bring a smooth body, bright acidity, and sweet, chocolatey undertones—perfect for a well-rounded cup.

Costa Rica

Known for its honey-processed beans, Costa Rican coffee delivers a clean cup with sweet citrus, floral hints, and balanced acidity.

Guatemala

Grown in volcanic soil, Guatemalan beans produce a rich, sweet cup with notes of cocoa, toffee, and a hint of spice—great for filter or French press.
