Counter Notification

If your material has been removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your contact information.
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your area.

Once received, we will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, your content may be reinstated.
